Mantu in action
The whole picture, on every screen.
Built for phones first, because that is where a landlord actually is. Just as usable on a desktop when it is time to sit down with the numbers.
Know where you stand, at a glance.
Occupancy, overdue rent and this month's collections on one screen. No spreadsheet to reconcile, no scrolling three chat threads to find out who has paid.
Your tenants get their own portal.
They see what is due, what is paid and what comes next, in their own language. Fewer questions reach you, and the ones that do arrive with context.
Rent paid the way people actually pay.
M-Pesa in Kinshasa, Interac in Toronto, bank transfer in Johannesburg. Each tenant sees only the methods that work where they live.
Repairs that do not get lost.
A request arrives with photographs and detail, moves through open, in progress and resolved, and keeps its history. You approve it from anywhere.
Answers without waiting for you.
An AI assistant handles routine questions around the clock and passes anything real straight to you, so a three-week reply becomes a three-minute one.
Everything included
What Mantu does.
One plan, every feature. Nothing to compare, nothing held back for a higher tier.
Properties and units
Every building, unit and lease in one structured place, with occupancy visible at a glance.
Rent collection
Bills generate each month, late fees apply themselves, and reminders go out before rent is due.
Maintenance tracking
Requests arrive with photographs, carry a status through to resolved, and keep a history you can point back to.
Leases and documents
Generate a lease as a PDF, store it against the unit, and let tenants download their own copy.
Tenant self-service
A portal with an assistant that answers the routine questions and escalates everything else to you.
Announcements and notifications
Tell a whole building something once, by push notification, SMS or email.
Built for where you are
Rent collected on local rails.
A payment method that does not exist in your tenant's country is not a payment method. Mantu shows each tenant only what actually works where they live.

Questions
What happens when the 30 days end?
You choose a monthly or annual subscription to carry on. Nothing is deleted if you wait — your account pauses until you subscribe, and everything is where you left it when you come back.
Do my tenants pay anything?
No. Tenants use Mantu at no cost, on any device, in any of the four languages. The subscription is charged to the landlord.
Which countries does Mantu support?
DR Congo, Canada and South Africa today. Each property uses the payment rails and currency of the country it sits in, so a portfolio can span all three.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from inside the app. An annual subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
How does rent actually reach me?
Tenants pay through the rail they choose, and Mantu records the payment against the bill. Money moves through your existing M-Pesa, bank or Interac details — Mantu tracks it rather than holding it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Mantu runs in a browser on any computer or phone, and there are native apps as well. The same account works everywhere.
About
Why we built Mantu.
Rent in one chat, a plumber in another, a lease in someone's inbox. Nothing agreed, and nothing was in one place.
We built Mantu to put that work in one place, and we are committed to making property management simpler for landlords and the people who live in their buildings.

Are you a tenant?
Tenant accounts are created by your landlord's invitation, so there is nothing to sign up for here. If you have had an invitation, sign in and everything is waiting.
